Well it was a weird experience, first i bought a Parrot Bebop Drone from the ebay shop of techrabbit, it arrive well and without problem so far, so i deceided to give it another chance now in their website. First problem that i had after trying to check out now for 2 of the same drones was that it didnt proccessed paypal transactions.

after that i tried with Credit card, i putted the information and everything seemed normal until i found out the next day that the purchase was frozen, hurried to their contact section in their website just to find out that they dont have a phone, i emailed them and used the contact form but it took days to get an actual response, after all that they just said that it wasnt proccessed, i wanted to confirm this with them via chat and well, i got this extrange response (picture attached).

Im never purchasing anything from them again. Also i cant login to my user.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $240.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

Please contact us directly at help@techrabbit.com and ask for Michael our Manager, he will make sure this is resolved. As for the picture, several of our employees live chat software was glitching and sending random emojis to our customers, we SINCERELY apologize for this and understand the frustration.

Imagine talking to a customer about a serious issue and then this happens! We have contact Zopim (our live chat provider) to sort this out.
