I ordered asmartwatch from them and asked them if it was an American model ad they said yes.

I received it today and tried to get it going. Iwas able to pair it with my iphone, via bluetooth,but was unable to update it and there wasn’t any wifiofferedon the watch.I spent an hour on the phone with HUWAWEI tech support, since techrabbit never repnded to my emails and they don’t answer the phone.

After trying every trouble shooting fix it was determined that this was an Australian devicewhich won’t work in Americaand theproduct was out of warrantysince 2017.

I am trying to get in touch with them to send me a return label,but they have not yet answeredmy emails.

Don’t buy from them .

Also the tech support guy said they are not on their list of sellersfor this product.

Reason of review: Not as described.

Monetary Loss: $390.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

I didn't like: Condition of product.
