I had to contact Shop.com (who the order was placed through) to get a return authorization. They responded to their email within minutes which practically confirms they ignore their client emails.

I contacted the warranty company (who's business card was left in the packaging) and they told me to contact TechRabbit directly as the product is still within their warranty period. I've emailed them 3 times with no response. I guess they just rely on the warranty...
