I had to contact Shop.com (who the order was placed through) to get a return authorization. They responded to their email within minutes which practically confirms they ignore their client emails.

Same issue. Got a defective plantation bluetooth.

Sent it back as instructed. Well, that was two weeks ago and nothing with no way of contacting them.

They won't return my emails either. What a joke and I can't beleive Wallmart associates with them.
