FAILED TO RETURN
I HAD A HANDYMAN INSTALL MY INTERNET AND MOUNT MY TV TO THE WALL. AFTER A COUPLE OF DAYS ONE OF THE PLUGS FELL OUT OF THE TV.
I TEXTED HIM AND LEFT VOICEMAIL ON SEVERAL OCCASIONS .WHEN HE IN FINALLY CALLED BACK SAYING HE WAS VERY BUSY BUT WOULD COME BACK.
HE DID THIS SEVERAL TIMES BUT I JUST GAVE UP. I CAN'T USE THE TV NOW.

I bought from these guys a
"Parrot MiniDrone Rolling Spider Mini Air/Land Drone + Camera + 2 FREE Batts" on ebay.
I discovered that the 2 free batteries don't work.
I sent the seller a message to send replacement batteries or I will return the item.
techrabbit never replied and waited for ebay's return warranty to expire.
Now I cannot return the item or leave feedback on ebay.
I feel like a sucker.

Great headphones
But I needed the jacks with just one plug for mic and headphones. But I'll keep these and send the others set I ordered back.
SELLING BROKEN DEEBOT VACUUMS
They sold me a Deebot vacuum that was supposed to be 'certified manufacturer refurbished in excellent condition' but it arrived cracked and broken. I returned it, they said they couldnt provide a return label but that they were responsible for the shipping cost. They have not reimbursed my shipping fee (sent in the same box and everything, but these vacuums are heavy and big) and they do not reply to emails!!!!

Good Overall
No problems encountered. Shipping speed average, everything arrived in good condition.
No warranty support and ZERO COMMUNICATION
Purchased a refurb deebot m80 pro with a 90 day warranty. Not even 60 days in and it failed.
Called Windsor warranty with no luck. Message says phone system being upgraded to email them. Over several weeks I called and emailed same recording saying phone system being upgraded and countless emails completely ignored. So frustrated at this point throwing my hard earned money away and then the slap in the face by both tech rabbit and the fake warranty company Windsor Warranty.
Also emails to tech-rabbit completely IGNORED. They do not stand behind their products. My advice is to run. Run away!!
Shop elsewhere. Save yourself the grief and aggravation.

Will Not Answer My Emails
My powerbeats 3 stopped working after 10 months. I contacted TechRabbit because they were under the year warranty.
TechRabbit was very slow to answer my email and then finally told me I needed to ship them back and provided me with a return shipping label. I shipped them back the VERY next day and since then (April 4th) have not heard ANYTHING from the company. I have emailed them every day asking where they are the process of providing me with an exchange/a pair that works because I paid over $100 dollars for them. I am extremely angry that they will not respond to my emails.
I finally found a number for them and just attempted to call but got an audio recording saying that their phone system is "being updated" and is not working but to email them.
I am just looking to figure out why the consumer service department will not follow through with me. I have never been so frustrated and angry with a company especially because I have not shipped back the brought (to which I have pictures of) and I feel like they are scamming me.

The same macbook
I ordered the 13.3 macbook and the 11.6 macbook. When they arrived, 4 days late of the original shipping date, they were the same exact size. screen, body and all.
The one macbook, looks rough. The bottom of the screen was busted, there is a line that goes across the screen when it is turned on. The bottom part of the laptop is really loose. I've tried to tighten the screws and it didn't help. Also the charger port is all scratched up. The screen doesn't stay up either. It just falls over when you open it.
The other one looks perfectly fine. Minus a few scratches here and there.
I am more disappointed in the fact that I paid $100 more for the 13.3 and I received the same exact thing.

Headphones don't turn on or charge

I received the headphones yesterday, plugged them in to charge noticed that there was no indicator light on. Tried a few more different plugs and outlets, still no light. I left it plugged in anyways thinking that maybe the light just doesn't come on, wishful thinking. Came back after 3 hours, headphones won't turn on... Am I missing something or do these headphones straight up not work.
Do you often send out products that don't work?

Thinking I want a refund unless we can think of a cooler idea.. What would be ideal is that I'm totally missing something on how these headphones work....agian wishful thinking...

Verified BuyerShipped Broken Drone
I received my Parrot drone and the battery will not connect. The part in the drone that the battery connects to is loose inside the drone.
It moves around and the battery will not connect to the drone so it has no power! I have charged both batteries I can tell by looking at the piece and by feel that the drone is broken and will not make a good connection. I am supposed to be taking pictures of my jobs to be able to put them on my website so the web designer can publish it live.
He will not put it on the internet without them. I need this website up bad for my new business or I will not have jobs for the winter!

I'm writing this review because it seems that you might actually get a response from Techrabbit if you post a negative review here versus sending them an email directly...
On 9/1 I ordered a Logitech MX Master 2S mouse with "New-Hassle-Free" packaging option (only because "New" was not available). Techrabbit describes it as:
"This item is brand new and will arrive with all of its original accessories. The item comes in an eco-friendly brown box, White box or bulk packaging".
I select free shipping which took 1 week (from NJ to Washington, D.C.). Crazy, slow-as* shipping...
When I received the item, I could definitely tell it was used. There were fingerprints on it, it smelled like perfume, and the bottom of it showed signs of usage.
I emailed them on 9/8 (Saturday), they get back to me 9/11 with RMA (due to 9/10 Jewish holiday), I send it back for replacement and they receive it on 9/17 (Monday), I wait, wait, wait, I email them on Thursday 9/20, they get back to the next day and tell me it's going to be shipped out that day, and then nothing... Their website states that 9/24-9/25 are Jewish holidays...
Look, I understand stuff happens and September has a lot of Jewish holidays. I'm also not expecting the level of service I would get from Amazon but come on... Shipping time of 1 week to travel 3 states is ridiculous. If shipping on the replacement is through the same method as the original, this entire process (the initial purchase, return, and receiving a replacement - if they ship it out tomorrow) will have taken 33 days.
Painful doing business with Techrabbit...
I'll update this review once this situation has been resolved but I don't have high hopes...
