I ordered Powerbeats3 earbuds from Techrabbit as "New-Hassle Free", which is supposed to be a brand new product which just may not be in its original packaging. However when I received the earbuds and went to set them up on my iPhone in my bluetooth settings, they showed up as "Marisa's Powerbeats3".

I'm pretty sure this was not a factory setting. Clearly these earbuds were previously owned by someone named Marisa and Techrabbit forgot to clean up the bluetooth setting prior to their *** refurbishing effort. When I attempted to complain to customer service, they apologized for my experience. No one apologized for their mistake.

Horrible customer service.

Horrible company. Avoid at all costs - these people are scam artists.
