I had to contact Shop.com (who the order was placed through) to get a return authorization. They responded to their email within minutes which practically confirms they ignore their client emails.

I ordered a refurbished blue tooth headset that didn't work. I contacted the warranty company (who's business card was left in the packaging) and they told me to contact TechRabbit directly as the product is still within their warranty period.
I've emailed them 3 times with no response. I guess they just rely on the warranty company and ignore return requests. I hate to leave a bad review but i'm just being ignored each attempt a return request is submitted in writing.
Is this enough detail? I need to fill 100 words to submit enough detail?
I thought i covered it pretty well already. I ordered an item.
It doesn't work. I would like my money back so I can delete this review.
