Where my product!!!!!!!!

I paid 31 dollars to have package delivered through fedex 2 day service. I put my order in on Saturday and was expecting it on Monday like the post office 2 days or amazon.

I called them and they clarified they are closed on weekends, I said no problem should be here Tuesday, No! They said Wednesday I told them how is that 2 days? We went back and forth and after beating a dead horse we settle on wednesday. Well Wednesday came and went and now my package isn't due to arrive till Friday!!!!!!!!

I wrote themn and demanded a refund on my shipping.

I have to give them time to make it right but I"m just not that confident they will do the right thing. It was my first order and i don't need the headache and will stay with Amazon and pay a bit more.

I emailed techrabbit and they responded promptly and issue me a refund along with an apology, and at the end of the day that's all you can expect from a company, so i have to update my concerns and say they passed the customer service part with flying colors. When I get the product i will update that information.

NEVER EVER EVER ORDER FROM TECHRABBIT

They are literally the worst company. I ordered a macbook air with supposedly 8gb memory and 256gb ssd -- what did they send me?

A macbook air with HALF the memory and storage (4gb and 128gb respectively). This is obviously THEIR error and what do they do? Tell me I can return the item within 30 days BUT I HAVE TO PAY FOR SHIPPING.

This company is the worst experience I have ever had and I will never, ever, ever order or recommend them to anyone ever again. Techrabbit should either issue me a full refund for sending the wrong product, OR discount me for the price of the type of laptop I received (399$) instead of the 579$ I paid for.

Tracking number not valid

I have recently purchased a pair of Plantronics wireless headphones from techrabbit and received a shipping number, however the tracking company DHLMD and the tracking number are both NOT VALID. After reading these other reviews on this site about techrabbit customer service and similar shipping issues I am worried I am walking down the same road and will run in to these issues as well.

I am disappointed the number and company for shipping is not valid; there is no ETA for shipping.

If anyone has any experience with them actually fixing the issue or if they experienced the same shipping issue, I'd really appreciate a response. Thank you!

Check out packagemapping.com. I did experience the same thing until I used packagemapping.com. Then it showed the usps was awaiting the package

I had the same frustration. I eventually found DHL's eCommerce tracking website (http://webtrack.dhlglobalmail.com/) which worked as expected for the DHL segments.

The DHL eCommerce tracking page also gave back the USPS tracking number, which I could click to see tracking of the USPS final portion of the route.

I had the same issue, ordered the same thing a day or two ago and got an email that said shipping method was DHLMD. I am familiar with DHL, but the tracking number came up as invalid.

I searched for what DHLMD is and could find nothing. After searching and worrying, it finally occurred to me that UPS or FedEx sometimes use USPS to actually deliver to my residence. So, deductive reasoning kicking in, maybe DHLMD stands for something like that, perhaps DHL- mail delivery. Makes sense because DHL does not have residential service in my area.

Put my tracking number in USPS website, and it worked. Unfortunately, USPS tracking seems a bit behind and doesn't provide an ETA (at least that I can find), but at least I know it's on the way.

I ordered the Plantronics bluetooth earphones also and got a tracking number for DHLMD.

After reading their shipping info on their website, realized that it is actually an USPS tracking number. Seems like USPS will then hand off package to DHL to finish the delivery

It is DHL E-Commerce. Apparently you had difficulty using Google t find it.

So did I.

Search for DHLMD and use the e commerce trackibg, paste in the tracking number and bingo, you're in.

Copy the tracking number from the invoice

Go to Google and type DHLMD

Look for DHL E-Commerce tracking

Paste the tracking number in

Submit You should have a great tracking list. It showed every transition for my shipment, so much better than USPS and UPS.

Bait-n-Switch

Techrabbit is a shady company at best. They regularly use bait and switch strategies.

Research other complaints. I ordered a $100 set of bluetooth headphones as a holiday gift only to receive a $2 iPhone case. I was never notified of any backorder or out of stock situation. I informed Techrabbit after opening the package via their email system.

This was an item I had promised to my daughter. Techrabbit informed me they could not fulfill the order. I was required to spend my time to return the iPhone case before I was finally reimbursed a month later. I never received the item I originally ordered, paid for and wanted.

I repeat, they regularly use bait and switch tactics. With current inventory tracking systems, it is obvious that Techrabbit is aware of their nefarious practice.

TechRabbit OEM Bluetooth Keyboard garbage

Just like another customer posting here, I have the same issue with the same product from the co-called company TechRabbit. I ordered from Techrabbit for the first time.

Bought OEM Bluetooth Keyboard. The product is named : OEM Bluetooth Keyboard 920--OEMBTKB - Tablet Black Pure garbage. None of my Samsung and LG phones nor my ASUS tablet, nor any of my children Kindle Fires could detect the device through bluetooth. There is a green light which is litted only when charging.

Once disconnected from USB charger the green light goes off. There is a connect button. Unlike my other bluetooth keyboards (not bought from Techrabbit) this button does nothing.

Avoid Techrabbit company. I paid small price $5 to learn they are fraud.

I know this is kind of late, but I actually bought the same keyboard (OEM Bluetooth Keyboard 920--OEMBTKB - Tablet Black) and it has the exact same problem that you describe. It's been in its package until just now when I decided to try it.

It lights up green when plugged into the charger but it doesn't turn on, just as you described. I'm very disappointed

UPDATE: Less than a month ago I was contacted by a TechRabbit representative, regarding my experience with a faulty product I purchased back in the late 2016. That was the first surprise, but it showed two things to me: 1.

Pissed Consumer site works, 2. TechRabbit seemed to care about a bad experience an individual customer had.

To make story short, in the ensuing email exchange, TechRabbit representatives showed a definite genuine interest in the customer and its retention.

How?

First, they were courteous and empathetic, without trying to blame the actual producer of the produce they distributed and I bought.

Second, they offered me to either get a full refund or choose any product from their web site, up to multiple times of the price I paid for the faulty bluetooth keyboard.

What this really meant to me?

Sure, it is nice when someone notices the issue, takes responsibility, and provides the adequate solution. But much more than this, their intent and willingness to resolve my bad experience gave me the most important value: Confidence to buy from TechRabbit in the future, knowing that if something really goes wrong, I will be able to easily count on TechRabbit to solve the issue (Just like the most of Amazon or Ebay products are covered by similar guarantees). And just illustrate what it means to both a company and consumer to be able to react properly like TechRabbit: About ten years ago, I was regularly using www.buy.com website to my about 90% of my tech needs. I was not a big spender by any stretches, but I was spending on average $30 a month there.

Buy.com had great deals, better than ebay or amazon or tigerdirect or newegg etc.... However, once they featured a bundle of SD card offers with the combine rebate of $120. Rebate never came back, and on my complaint to Buy.com they said they had nothing to do with the rebate since product owner company did not want to pay rebate. I argued they were responsible for any rebate promises they post for the products they (buy.com) sell.

Buy.com would not give a dime/voucher or whatever. They got slapped by a class action suit. But far worst for them was that they lost my steady $30 per month I had been spending for about 5 years prior to the incident. And even more, I told about Buy.com lack of responsibility to all of my friends.

Over 20 people I know stopped shopping with Buy.com and never ever looked back. TechRabbit team took responsibility for the faulty product and took steps that one would expect of a trusted website. And that is what they earned from me (And I have already shared this with many of my friends) a Trusted Relationship.

Given the all of the above, I am back shopping at TechRabbit with confidence, and would recommend any of you do the same. Thanks for reading this.

Folks - this is the worst company I have have ever dealt with. Don't get fooled by 1 yr warranty posted on website.

It doesn't cover lot of them. I lost 430$ because of them. Now my laptop is not working.

Neither credit card, PayPal nor tech rabbit doesn't cover.. Hone recommendation : Even if you pay more , get it from someone else.

Techrabbit - Sol Republic Headphones Review

I ordered four items- all of which connected to devices via Bluetooth. 3 out of the 4 products had absolutely horrible Bluetooth connection- I tested several other output devices to be sure it wasn't mine.

When I called for a refund, I was given great customer service and a prompt email with return information (no paid shipping postage- I paid $14 to ship them back). I waited 2 weeks after I saw that they had received my shipment and hadn't heard anything. I had to email them about the refund. When I got a response, the person emailing me addressed me by my email username, not my actual name.

He also ignored my comment about the shipping cost I incurred. I wouldn't reccomend purchasing their products as 75% of mine were defective right off the bat.
